INGREDIENTS
100ml Eisberg Cabernet Sauvignon10ml Morello Cherry Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
Handful Mint leaves
Sprig Mint
Lemon Slice
2 Morello Cherries
METHOD
- Take the mint leaves in the palm of one hand and clap your hands firmly three or four times so that the mint releases its essential oils.
- Add the mint leaves into a cocktail shaker with the Eisberg Cabernet Sauvignon, cherry juice and lemon.
- Shake and strain into a glass of your choice and fill with ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint, two cherries and a lemon slice.
