Loosely inspired by the iconic cosmopolitan, whose creator is still up for debate, this yummy gin mocktail is a sip-worthy little spin-off. The aromatic hydrosteam distilled pink gin base delivers a dry but fruity flavour – think slightly tart raspberries. This is perfectly balanced out by the sweet strawberry cordial and lemon juice. Best served in Nick & Nora glasses and garnished with lemon peel.
INGREDIENTS
60 ml Fluere Pink
15 ml strawberry cordial
5 ml lemon juice
Lemon peel
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake well.
- Double strain into a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
