Mocktail Recipes

Tom collins gin mocktail in a tall glass filled with ice and garnished with mint leaves

This delicious gin mocktail recipe is a take on the classic Tom Collins Cocktail with a fruity twist. Replacing the lemon juice with raspberry for a tart but sweet sip, it’s the perfect drink for a summer picnic or even Christmas celebrations. Of course, a Collins is only a Collins when served in a Collins glass – we recommend yours is pre-chilled. Pour on top of plenty of ice and garnish with mint springs.

INGREDIENTS

60 ml Fluere Pink
15 ml strawberry cordial
5 ml lemon juice
Strangelove Soda Water
Mint

METHOD
  1. Pour all ingredients into a pre-chilled Collins glass.
  2. Add ice and soda water.
  3. Garnish with mint.
NOTES

A raspberry twist on the classic!
