INGREDIENTS
45 ml Fluere Original
45 ml Sea Fennel Syrup
30 ml Lime Juice
30 ml Cream
Cracker
Honey
Sea Fennel sprigs
METHOD
- Place sea fennel sprigs with a dot of honey on a cracker to create a garnish.
- Add all other ingredients to a shaker and shake.
- Double strain the cocktail without ice into a cocktail coupe and garnish the drink.
