Whiskey sour mocktail made with Fluere Pink and garnished with grapefruit wedge and strawberries

Easy to enjoy, this gin-based mocktail is a twist on the traditional Whiskey Sour and comes complete with the iconic foamy top. Fluère Pink, a delicious raspberry-infused pink gin alternative is the hero of the drink, delivering a complex flavour profile with juniper and citrus notes in addition to the raspberry. The classic sour profile is created with the addition of grapefruit and lemon juice. For that characteristic foamy head, shake it all up with sugar syrup and egg white. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and this delicious gin mocktail is complete.

INGREDIENTS

50 ml Fluere Pink
50 ml grapefruit juice
25 ml lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup
20 ml egg white
Grapefruit wedge

METHOD
  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Shake hard for 10 seconds with no ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Double strain into a rock glass over a large chunk of ice.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
