Lyre's Amaretti Sour

75 ml Lyre's Amaretti
15 ml Lemon Juice
5 ml White Sugar Syrup*
10 ml egg white whipped* (see notes)
3 dashes of Aromatic Bitters

Rapid shake all ingredients
Pour into an old fashioned glass, add ice
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a Maraschino cherry. *To make Sugar Syrup combine 50 grams of sugar with 50 ml of warm water in a jar and shake to dissolve. *To make a Vegan version of whipped egg white, whip up 30ml water from a can of chick peas.
