Pink, fizzy and fun, this gin mocktail is a welcome addition to any occasion, and it's so simple to make. Just add all ingredients to a highball glass, stir and garnish with a sprig of mint. The result is a complex but fresh fruit mocktail with a floral tone that will have you coming back for more. 

INGREDIENTS
30ml Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
30ml Lyre’s Italian Orange
90ml premium bottled elderflower tonic
2 lemon slices
1 orange slice
METHOD
  1. Add over ice in a highball glass and stir
  2. Garnish with an orange slice and sprig of mint
NOTES
The original Pink Gin Fizz was made with Gin and Bitters.
