Pentire Seaward & Tonic Gin Mocktail

This recipe takes the classic G&T and puts a modern, non-alcoholic take on it. It’s an easy gin mocktail recipe combining just two ingredients; Pentire Seaward alcohol free gin and a light Indian tonic for that refreshing taste. Savour Pentire Seaward’s English grapefruit and botanical notes as the sun goes down. Garnish with a bitter grapefruit wedge to enhance the grapefruit notes in the mocktail.

INGREDIENTS
50ml Pentire Seaward
150ml Light Indian Tonic
Grapefruit wedge
METHOD
  1. Pour 50ml Pentire Seaward into a highball glass filled to the top with ice
  2. Add grapefruit wedge
  3. Add 150ml Light Indian Tonic
