Fluere Raspberries & Roses

INGREDIENTS

45 ml Fluere Pink
1 egg white
10 ml raspberry syrup
5 ml rose syrup
15 ml Lyre's Vermouth Rosso
15 ml fresh lemon juice
4 fresh raspberries muddled

METHOD
  1. Muddle the raspberries in the shaker. 
  2. Add all the other ingredients and give them a good shake with no ice.
  3. Fill the shaker to the rim with ice and shake a second time.
  4. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a raspberry.
