Spicy gin and tonic mocktail

The classic way to enjoy the Seedlip Spice 94. Did you know gin and tonic was first discovered by the British East India Company, who realised that quinine tasted better with gin and a dash of lime? We can't argue with that. This classic combination gin mocktail perfectly balances the bitterness of tonic water with the warm aromatics of spiced alcohol free gin for a palate-pleasing flavour burst. Garnish with a twist of red or pink grapefruit.

INGREDIENTS

Seedlip Spice 94: 50ml
Strangelove Tonic No 8: 125ml

METHOD
  1. Pour Seedlip Spice 94 over ice cubes into a highball glass. Top up with Strangelove Tonic No 8.
  2. Garnish with a twist of red or pink Grapefruit
