How to make non-alcoholic Irish Cream
The non-alcoholic drinks market has well and truly boomed in the last few years and you can now find an alcohol-free alternative for almost every single drink. But there are a few exceptions, and a replacement for the famous Bailey's Irish Cream is one of them...until now!

Non-alcoholic Irish Cream Liqueur
The hero ingredient of this creamy, indulgent Liqueur is the Sans Bar Kings of Tartan Whiskey alternative.
Sans Bar 'Kings of Tartan' - Non Alc Whiskey substitute
[product name="sans-bar-non-alcoholic-whiskey"]
Kings of Tartan is a Scottish whiskey inspired zero alcohol drink with smoked oak and malt notes with a warm, lingering finish.
Ingredients
This recipe makes 1 ⅓ cups, which is around the size of a jam jar (a good storage receptacle).
⅓ cup Kings of Tartan
¼ cup full cream milk
¼ cup thickened cream
½ cup condensed milk
½ tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
To make this super easy Baileys dupe, simply add the milk, cream, condensed milk, cocoa powder and vanilla extract to a blender and gently blitz until smooth. Then pour in the non-alcoholic whiskey and blend again. Pour into a jar, chill and enjoy.
Vegan non-alcoholic Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
I personally prefer this vegan version.
⅓ cup Kings of Tartan
¼ cup milk of your choice (I used almond)
¼ cup vegan cream such as Oatly
½ cup vegan condensed milk
½ tbsp vegan cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
How to serve
Personally, I like my non-alcoholic Irish Cream Liqueur over ice. But it’s extremely versatile. You can add it to coffee or hot chocolate, you can drizzle it over ice-cream and you can even use it in mocktails such as a decadent Espresso Martini.
I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do!
