Product Details

The Ariel non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, oak-aged red wine. Produced by winemaker Paso Robles, in J. Lohr’s estate vineyards in California, an expert in sustainability in winemaking. The alcohol is gently removed by cold filtration just prior to bottling, retaining all of the traditional characters and flavours you would expect from a Cabernet Sauvignon - jammy notes of blueberries, blackcurrant, chocolate and cherries with smooth tannins and a dry finish. It is also super-rich in polyphenols, making it the ideal option for those wanting to incorporate red wine into their diets without the alcohol. With 21 calories per 100mls, this wine contains approximately one-third the calories of regular red wines.

Mulled wine, maybe. Red wine, not!

An interesting and not entirely unpleasant taste, reminiscent of spiced mulled wine. Definitely not similar to any red wine I've ever tasted. I couldn't drink it neat. However, mixed 75% Ariel + 25% tonic water + half measure of Lyres London Dry Spirit + slice of lime .. and it was actually quite palatable in a red fizzy mocktail kind of way! LOL 😳

Not bad!

I’ve had this a few times. The first batch I had tasted a bit different from this last delivery- seems more berry overtones.

Reasonable wine

Probably the best non-alcoholic red but a bit diluted

As close to the real red as it can get. felt like something is missing but i guess coz there’s no alcohol
