Odd Bird Domaine de la Prade Chardonnay

- Made in France
- De-Alcoholised Wine
- Aged 12 months
From Southern France, the Odd Bird Domaine de la Prade age their non-alcoholic chardonnay for a year so that the full character of the wine can develop, before gently removing the alcohol. With aromatic notes of fresh apple and citrus, this well-rounded dry wine pairs well with seafood, salmon and chicken. And with less than 20 calories per 100ml is also lighter than traditional chardonnay.

I’m a big Chardonnay drinker and this one is very pleasing. You pay a bit more but the quality is worth it

This is quickly becoming a favourite of mine. It is not overly sweet and is refreshing to drink. Will be ordering this one regularly.

For an alchol free wine I found it surprisingly enjoyable. Pleasant taste, maybe a little sweet, but not a major turn off. Will definitely be buying more.
One of the best ....
This Chardonnay is one of the least grape juicy tasty ones. I would love to give a non-alcoholic Chardonnay a five star rating… However I have not found one yet that exhibits those beautiful oak barrel flavours of an alcoholic Chardonnay. I will keep tasting and trying all those on offer in the never-ending search for my non-alcoholic Chardonnay Nirvana😉
Keep up the good work, Sans drinks👍

I'm not normally a big chardonnay drinker and my only negatives to this wine are tied to the taste of chardonnay. Very true to the 'real thing' this smelt and tasted like alcoholic chardonnay. I will buy again
Good tasting wine, could be a little drier for me
Probably the best non-alcoholic white I've had. Smell is promising, middle palate too sweet for me, finish is decent. I am a dry white wine drinker and love my chardonnay. My husband can drink sweeter wines (such as sweeter Rieslings) and didn't mind it.

The nose was slightly Chardonnay-ish but I found this too light and grape-y in taste.

This is one of the better alcohol free wines I've tasted, but my preference is for dry white. Most AF white wines I've tried have tasted like grape syrup/vinegar. This was much better, but for my taste was still a bit heavy and with a sugary tone. Still, as an alternative to water, it's a bit interesting and adds some variety to what's on offer.
