Product details

Known for producing award winning wine and featured in the New York Times, Johannes Leitz has introduced alcohol-free to his repertoire. Produced in the vineyards of the Rüdesheim region in Germany, this non-alcoholic Riesling has been gently de-alcoholised through a sophisticated vacuum distillation process. Produced from grapes of young vines and with a lot of flavour, this golden yellow Riesling is earthy on the nose with subtle hints of rhubarb and red apples with an underlying mineral base. With notes of lime and citrus this wine is well balanced and clean on the palate. The finish is dry and relatively long. And at only 17 calories per 100ml it is an excellent low calorie alternative to standard Riesling.

Favourite - 6 stars

Still my favourite of all the wines I’ve tried, reds and whites. Lovely Riesling, stands up to its alcoholic siblings.

Best alcohol free wine so far

I actually found myself arguing with my husband as he was drinking it too quickly and I thought I wasn’t getting my share!

I really liked it , not too sweet and quite similar to an alcoholic Riesling.

Without the hangover.

Vinegar notes

It's pretty weird, vinegar notes. Tastes better if you add sparkling water.
