Created in the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Etch Sparkling is an adult range of sparkling sodas crafted with local Native Australian fruits and herbs. Perfect on their own, but each can also be used as a mixer with your favourite non-alcoholic spirit. This delicious pink-hued sparkler is sugar free, low calorie and free from preservatives, artificial flavours or colours. It also contains a powerhouse of antioxidant-rich, magnesium-rich and gut-loving natives from Davidson Plum, Riberry and Strawberry gum. The Etch Sparkling Plum (PLM) has a subtle berry flavour profile and aroma from strawberry, cherry, violets, plum, perfumed, musk, watermelon, fresh crisp red apples.

Surprisingly good.
Enjoyed this with a spicy stir fry. It more than held its own. Not too sweet. Sparkly. I couldn't have identified the pepperberry and raspberry flavours, but the flavour is fine.
