Say hi to your new 'house red'! The Two Valleys Red wine comes from José Maria da Fonseca, which is the oldest and one of the most prestigious wineries in Portugal. It's also the first winery in Portugal to create an alcohol-free wine so we thank them for their innovation and forward-thinking.
been carefully de-alcoholised via the physical spinning-cone method after being fermented at 24ºC. This classic dry red wine is made with a blend of red and black grapes Syrah, Castelão and Aragonês (that's the fancy Southern Portuguese name for Tempranillo) and that's how it gets that dark ruby red colour. She has a deep spicy aroma of blackberries with a light, soft fruity palate with a medium finish.
Wonderful to drink on its own, it also pairs perfectly with Pizza, Tomato-based Pasta dishes, beef, Arabian cuisine, Italian food, burgers & fries. Even though its a rich classic red, it's at its best served chilled at around 5 degrees C.
