Blended to a delicious smooth consistency, the Virgin Pina Colada is a refreshing delight - you could easily imagine yourself, drink in hand, on a palm-fringed beach. Serve in a poco grande glass and garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple.
INGREDIENTS
50 mlSans Bar Summer Carnivàle (White Rum Substitute)
50 ml fresh pineapple juice
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1 teaspoon caster sugar
5 chunks of fresh pineapple
Cubed ice
METHOD
- Place the pineapple chunks into a blender, add caster sugar, and coconut cream.
- Add 50 ml of Sans Bar Summer Carnivàle (White Rum Substitute) Spirit and 50 ml of fresh pineapple juice.
- Add cubed ice and blend the ingredients until it has a smooth consistency.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a pineapple chunk.
