90ml non-alcoholic Senorio De La Tautila Tinto Red

30ml Lyre's American Malt Bourbon Whiskey Non Alc

15ml maple syrup

10ml Sans Bar St Barts Sunrise (Triple Sec Substitute)

Ice sphere or cubes

Garnish: Orange peel & maraschino cherry
Method:

In a shaker, fill the ice cubes, then add the non-alcoholic red wine, Bourbon, and the triple sec substitute for a citrussy kick.

Shake gently for 15–20 seconds until completely chilled.

Take an old-fashioned glass and rub the rim with the orange peel.
