Ingredients (Option-1 Chilled and Bold)

  • 60 ml Sans Bar Caribbean Getaway (Non-Alcoholic Dark Rum Substitute)

  • 30 ml Sans Bar Cancún Cafe (Non-Alcoholic Coffee Liqueur)

  • 30 ml freshly brewed espresso

  • 8 ml Demerara syrup

  • Pinch of salt

  • Cacao powder, for garnish

Method

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with cubed ice. Add the Sans Bar Caribbean Getaway, Sans Bar Cancún Cafe, espresso, Demerara syrup, and a pinch of salt.

  • Shake all things well for about 10–20 seconds until the mixture is chilled and perfectly blended.

  • Double strain the cocktail into a chilled martini or rocks glass. Finish with a light dusting of cacao powder on top for added flavour and to make the cocktail look presentable.

  • Serve it chilled and nice.

  • 30 ml Sans Bar Cancún Cafe (Non-Alcoholic Coffee Liqueur)

  • 30 ml freshly brewed espresso

  • 7.5 ml Demerara syrup

  • Pinch of salt

  • Cacao powder, for garnish

Method

  • In a saucepan, add the rum substitute, Sans Bar Caribbean Getaway and the non-alcoholic liqueur, Sans Bar Cancún Cafe, with a pinch of salt and demerara syrup for sweetness (optional), heat it on a low flame. Make sure not to boil the mixture, only warm it through.

  • On the other hand, brew your favourite fresh espresso and pour it into a heatproof glass, followed by adding the warm mixture of rum and liqueur.

  • Stir everything nicely and gently, combining the mixture well.

  • Garnish the drink with a light dusting of cacao powder for a cosy, chocolatey flavour.

  • Serve and enjoy the rich, comforting flavours of this elevated version of espresso martini, perfect for winter nights and cosy moments.
