Promotional Offer Policy

Any promotions, discounts, or vouchers are intended for single use only and may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or voucher unless explicitly stated by us.

These Terms and Conditions will apply when you redeem a discount promotion or voucher by entering a code and password on our website, along with your email address.

If you receive a voucher from us, you can utilize it in the following manners:

Vouchers are applicable only on a customer's initial order, are single-use only, and are not transferable, duplicated, or shared without our prior written consent unless explicitly stated by us.

Vouchers cannot be used concurrently with any other offer, promotion, discount, or voucher unless specified by us.

Vouchers will be applied to the market price of your order, and the discounted total will be confirmed before checkout. Certain vouchers may have a minimum spend requirement. 

We retain the right to withdraw or annul any voucher for any reason at any time.

Vouchers obtained from any customer referral program are invalid if shared on deal or bargain websites. We reserve the right to invalidate any suspicious codes and revoke referral credit if improper usage is detected.

We offer a 7 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please contact us orders@sansdrinks.com.au. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Vouchers cannot be applied to the purchase of charity or donation products or substituted for any monetary donation.

Please note: We may issue vouchers based on events or seasons, or our business partners may provide vouchers with different terms and conditions than those listed above. However, we will ensure that the applicable terms and conditions are printed on the voucher itself or provided on the website.

We implement a fair use policy on all promotional vouchers: While we honor vouchers acquired through our partners, we reserve the right to terminate your account(s) if we reasonably suspect that you are obtaining vouchers from a voucher site or if you create multiple accounts.
