Best AF wine I've tried yet. I mostly only buy bubbles to try as I am yet to find a decent AF red, white or rose :(...
This holds a bubble well, has a subtle toasty palate with hints of pear, is dry and has a full mouth feel.
Very excited to see such an improvement in the AF wine range. We bought 3 of the Langhorne Creek wines to try in our bulk order.
The standard of this one sits well above the other 2 (Chardonnay & Shiraz). I'd perhaps buy the Chardonnay again (to accompany food), but not the Shiraz.
Will be my 'go to' AF bubbles now.
I can see this pairing well with cheese and many dinner options, but this evening a couple of glasses have been enjoyed on their own, just as I would enjoy an alcoholic bubbles.
In fact, if I were poured a glass of this without knowing it is AF the only give away would be the lack of alcoholic effect.
