The Next Destination 2021 Langhorne Creek Blanc de Blanc started as a premium alcoholic Langhorne Creek wine, selected for its exceptional vintage. The alcohol has then been expertly removed resulting in an unmatched true to taste flavour. This non-alcoholic sparkling wine boasts a dry profile, aromas of lemon curd and citrus and a crisp palate with flavours of toasted brioche, fresh blossom and green apple. It is also vegan, low in sugar and low in calories.

Ingredients:
• 90ml Next Destination 2021 Langhorne Creek Blanc de Blanc
• 30ml peach purée
• 10ml lemon juice
• Peach slice, to garnish
• Ice

Instructions:

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add the peach pureé and lemon juice. Top with Langhorne Creek sparkling wine. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of peach for a juicy, citrussy twist.

This no-alcohol "Bubbles" is one of the best we have had because of the mouth-feel, the flavour and the low-sugar (just over 2%). It represents excellent value for money, and you can start with bubbles for breakfast - a long held tradition in our household.
