Lyre's Italian Spritz captures the essence of the classic Italian aperitif. It's a bittersweet flavour profile. The sweetness from the orange is perfectly fused with the astringent flavours, finishing dry and refreshing. I recently had it with Plus & Minus Prosecco, and it was amazing! The non-alcoholic Italian Spritz and the low-alcohol Prosecco complemented each other perfectly, creating a refreshing and balanced cocktail experience.

This tastes EXACTLY like Aperol and makes a great Aperol spritz. Takes fantastic with soda water, tonic water or sparkling (would recommend one not too sweet).
My only criticism would be that you go through a bottle pretty quickly because of how much you use (I only do two shots rather than the recommended 50/50 ratio for a spritz). It’s also quite sweet and has quite high sugar content, but that’s what you get for the authentic taste I guess!
