A Masterpiece of Winemaking
At the heart of Pernelle's craftsmanship lies the Méthode Moderne, a unique approach that marries time-honoured techniques with contemporary innovation. This process begins with a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes. A portion of the blend is aged for a minimum of three years on lees, imparting depth and complexity. The de-alcoholisation is performed gently in a single pass, preserving the integrity and character of the sparkling.

WOW this is the perfect solution to living alcohol free & not feeling like a wowser or that you are missing out!
I have searched & tried alternatives but this is a winner my sparkling wine substituted without any feelings of missing out. I love this & enjoy every drop, just the same as any good sparkling wine. Perfect!
