A Masterpiece of Winemaking
At the heart of Pernelle's craftsmanship lies the Méthode Moderne, a unique approach that marries time-honoured techniques with contemporary innovation. This process begins with a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes. A portion of the blend is aged for a minimum of three years on lees, imparting depth and complexity. The de-alcoholisation is performed gently in a single pass, preserving the integrity and character of the sparkling.

My new favourite zero bubbles
I bought some of this to try and hoped it was as good as people were saying, and it is. This is an excellent substitute for regular (alcohol-containing) sparkling wine. It's dry, unlike many zero alcohol wines and bubbles, making it an excellent aperitif but I've drunk it with dinner too! I'll be grabbing more while it's available, especially at this price.

Surprisingly delicious
I received this as a freebie with my last order. I usually stay away from NA wines, but this was a nice surprise. It's light and bubbly and tastes just like a sparkling white. I would drink this again for a special occasion 👍🏼
