A portion of the base wine is traditionally crafted and aged on lees for a minimum of three years, contributing subtle texture, structure and layered character. The result is a sophisticated brut-style sparkling with crisp freshness, gentle brioche notes and a fine mousse, balanced by only 22g/L of sugar and less than 0.5% ABV.
Developed over three years and refined through multiple iterations, Cuvée Genesis represents Pernelle’s Méthode Moderne approach – combining traditional sparkling winemaking principles with innovative alcohol-removal techniques. The wine is gently de-alcoholised in a single pass before undergoing further refinement to preserve its balance, complexity and vibrant character.

Up there as a favorite, gives me celebration vibes!
I really like this, not too sweet.

So I ordered a box of this Cuvee Geneis,
I have tried many alcohol free drinks and none compare to this.
Great taste and very smooth.
