Named after Perenelle, the legendary French alchemist who transformed the ordinary into the extraordinary, this visionary brand represents years of dedicated collaboration with elite traditional winemakers and champagne specialists to achieve what many thought impossible: a non-alcoholic sparkling that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with premium champagne.
At the heart of Pernelle's craftsmanship lies the Méthode Moderne - a unique approach that marries time-honoured techniques with contemporary innovation. This process begins with a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes. A portion of the blend is aged for a minimum of three years on lees, imparting depth and complexity. The de-alcoholisation is performed gently in a single pass, preserving the integrity and character of the sparkling.
Pernelle Cuvée Genesis presents a light golden straw hue with vibrant effervescence and a creamy mousse. The nose offers fresh citrus and lemon curd notes, complemented by hints of stone fruit and the complexity from the aged portion. Had this last night and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve now added more to my basket for our next order. It’s not overly bubbly do less gassy and it has a really nice after taste. Thoroughly enjoyed x
The fine bubbles and elegant notes of lees and brioche give it a true Champagne-like character. An outstanding non-alcoholic sparkling wine and I loved it so much! I picked up six more bottles today for my Champagne Hours!

I had been looking for an alcohol-free sparkling for a long time and this one is great. It is quite dry, especially compared to other non-alcoholic sparklings. I actually reach for this over alcoholic sparkling on most occasions (except when its French!). I am probably on my 50th bottle by now! My sister also prefers this at family gatherings too.
I highly recommend giving this a go especially if you've been on the hunt for a while.

I have been trying a number of non-alcoholic wines and till now my favourite sparkly was Brown Bros Prosecco Zero. It’s still pretty good! But the Pernelle Cuvée Genesis was strikingly good. Not sweet, lovely mouth feel. I bought more.
