Founded in Canberra, Capital Brewing is an independent craft brewery who are B-Corp Certified. Alc-Less is a non-alcoholic tropical pacific ale made with natural ingredients. Featuring citrus aromas along with grassy notes, this beer has a full flavour and a refreshing finish. This beer is low in calories at 15 calories per 100mls and has just 3.5 carbs per 100mls.

Great flavour, hits the spot

One of the better Pacifics I’ve tried recently. Nice and light but a good head, easy to drink but still has that citrus / pine kick and plenty of flavour.

Nice but not quite there

Great aroma and colour, but slightly underwhelming taste. It certainly does have the taste of a Pacific Ale, but it seems slightly watered down - it's just missing the flavour kick.

1. Citrus Apple Shandy

Ingredients:
• 150ml Capital Brewing Alc-Less Pacific Ale
• 60ml cloudy apple juice
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• Ice cubes
• Thin apple slice + rosemary sprig (for garnish)

Instructions:

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add cloudy apple juice and lemon juice, then top with alc-less beer. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with an apple slice and rosemary sprig for an aromatic lift. Perfect for cosy weekends or crisp autumn afternoons.
