Created by Chef William Wade and Aaron Trotman, NON 5 is a lightly carbonated alcohol alternative to a traditional Petillant Farmhouse Gose (a sour fermented beer). Verjus, premium filtered water, Citra hops, lemon verbena, lemongrass, hibiscus, lemon myrtle, liquorice root, peppermint, preserved lemon and Murray River salt combine to create a truly unique and uplifting infusion. This is Australian made, vegan friendly and low in sugar with just 2.4g per 100mls and calories with just 12KCal per 100mls.

A refreshing drop

The little spritz and a slight but well balanced sour note make this a really refreshing and very tasty drink. As a sour beer drinker, I really enjoyed this.

Surprisingly Good

Thought this would be a little sweet but it's actually got more sour cherry undertones - it tastes a little like iced tea - with a fizz . Very drinkable and would purchase again - a little steep price wise would be the only downside
