Señorio de la Tautila follows traditional Spanish winemaking methods before undergoing gentle de-alcoholisation:
Tempranillo grapes are carefully vinified to create a premium base wine.
Alcohol is removed using a controlled vacuum distillation process, preserving aromas and flavour.
The result is a well-balanced alcohol-free red that retains all the character of its origin.

This Spanish de alcoholised red wine is the best I have ever tasted.It is like a pinot noir .Not sweet and sugary just wine taste.It is my choice for a red wine from now on

Been trying heaps of non-alcoholic reds and this one's a ripper! Actually tastes like proper wine, not grape juice. Had it with Sunday roast and the missus couldn't tell the difference.
