Mocktail Recipes

Virgin Mary Mocktail garnished with edible flowers and made with Ms Sans Make me A Sartini (non-alcoholic vodka)

Cool and refreshing with a touch of spice, this Virgin Mary mocktail is the perfect drink for brunch or socialising with friends. The drink is a non-alcoholic version of the classic Bloody Mary, which is known as a common "hair of the dog" drink, reputed to cure hangovers with its combination of a heavy vegetable base known to settle the stomach and salt to replenish lost electrolytes. Instead of using vodka, this Virgin Mary mocktail is made with Ms Sans Sanstini, which gives it a unique flavour profile. The Sanstini is a non-alcoholic alternative to vodka, made from a blend of botanicals that give it a similar taste to the real thing. The Virgin Mary is made with tomato juice and a blend of spices, giving it a savoury and satisfying flavour. Served chilled over ice and garnished with celery or a slice of lemon, this mocktail is perfect for those who want all the flavour and none of the alcohol.
