Cheeky Wilfred’s Spritz

This light and refreshing spritz combines the delicious flavours of natural botanicals. Lyre’s Dry London Spirit,  an alcohol-free alternative to gin, is mixed with Wilfred’s non-alcoholic bittersweet orange and rosemary aperitif and a classic, hard-hitting Indian tonic. The flavours of the botanicals balance perfectly while the tonic adds dryness and carbonation. The result is a delightful spritz that can be enjoyed all year round. Serve in a cocktail glass or champagne flute and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

1. Add ice to a large wine glass and add Lyre’s Dry London Spirit and Wilfred’s. Top up with tonic water.
2. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
