If you love gin and bubbles, why not combine the two? This refreshing gin mocktail turns a classic citrus fizz into a tipple you'll want in your hand for special occasions or a relaxed catch up with friends. The fresh citrusy-orange base of this non-alcoholic gin, combined with a dash of sour, is elevated by the organic homemade marmalade. Sip chilled in a champagne flute. 

INGREDIENTS

Seedlip Grove 42: 50ml
Organic Marmalade Cordial*: 25ml
Sparkling Water: To Top

METHOD

1. Stir ingredients and strain into a chilled Champagne flute
2. Top with sparkling water 

NOTES 

*Organic Marmalade Cordial – Mix 300g Organic Marmalade with 150ml Hot Water. Fine strain and bottle. Store in fridge.
