INGREDIENTS 1 heaped tbsp Orange Marmalade 15ml squeezed Orange Juice Large sprig of Rosemary 100ml Eisberg Chardonnay Rosemary sprig Orange Peel METHOD Add the marmalade, rosemary and orange juice to a cocktail shaker. Combine the ingredients using a muddler. Pour the Eisberg Chardonnay with some ice and shake well. To serve, strain over ice into a tumbler and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and orange peel.
