Sparkling Rosé Mocktail made with Esiberg Alcohol-Free Sparkling Rose wine garnished with two fresh cherries
INGREDIENTS
100ml Eisberg Alcohol-Free Sparkling Rosé
10ml Morello Cherry Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
Handful Mint leaves
Sprig Mint
Lemon Slice
2 Morello Cherries
METHOD
  1. To make the cherry syrup reduction, add the cherry jam and the water to a small saucepan and mix. Bring it to the boil while stirring constantly until smooth. Allow to cool.
  2. Add the lemon juice, Eisberg Alcohol-Free Sparkling Rosé Wine and the cherry syrup reduction to a glass mixer and shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a tall flute glass.
  4. To garnish thread fresh cherries into a skewer and soak with syrup.
