INGREDIENTS
125ml Eisberg Sparkling Rose15ml Raspberry Coulis
Cocoa Powder
Fresh Raspberries
METHOD
- Run a slice of orange around the rim of a champagne glass and dip the glass into cocoa powder.
- Pour the coulis in the bottom of the glass and top up with chilled Eisberg Sparkling Rose.
- To garnish add 3 fresh raspberries and serve.
