The classic Collins cocktail – named after the glass it’s served in – was first captured in writing by the so-called ‘father of American mixology’ Jerry Thomas. It’s known for being a simple yet refreshing cocktail, and this non-alcoholic gin version stays true to this description, but with rich juniper and floral complexity. Enjoy on a summer’s day with a lemon wedge and either mint or Maraschino cherries.
- Build cocktail in a pre-chilled Collins glass.
- Add ice to 3/4 full.
- Top with crushed ice.
- Garnish with lemon wedge and mint or maraschino cherry.
Simple and refreshing!
