Non-Alcoholic Tom Collins Cocktail in a highball glass with lemon and Cherries Sans Drinks

The classic Collins cocktail – named after the glass it’s served in – was first captured in writing by the so-called ‘father of American mixology’ Jerry Thomas. It’s known for being a simple yet refreshing cocktail, and this non-alcoholic gin version stays true to this description, but with rich juniper and floral complexity. Enjoy on a summer’s day with a lemon wedge and either mint or Maraschino cherries.

INGREDIENTS

60 ml Fluere Original
30 ml lemon juice
20 ml simply syrup
Strangelove Soda Water
Lemon wedge
Mint or Maraschino cherry

METHOD
  1. Build cocktail in a pre-chilled Collins glass.
  2. Add ice to 3/4 full.
  3. Top with crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedge and mint or maraschino cherry.
NOTES

Simple and refreshing!
