Bartender straining rum mocktail into a glass

With origins linked to the British Navy and their 17th Century escapades in the Caribbean, this rum mocktail balances sweet and sour with distinct spiced rum flavours. The full-bodied flavours of Fluere Amber, a non-alcoholic spiced rum alternative, are blended with lime juice and the sweet, nutty taste of orgeat, accented with a delicate bitterness and floral notes. For an experience worthy of a Captain on the high seas, serve in a coupe glass and garnish with lime peel.

INGREDIENTS

60 ml Fluere Amber
30 ml lime
20 ml Orgeat syrup

METHOD
  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and give them a good shake with no ice.
  2. Double strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with lime peel.
