Fluere Sour

INGREDIENTS

50 ml Fluere Pink
50 ml grapefruit juice
25 ml lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup
20 ml egg white
Grapefruit wedge

METHOD
  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Shake hard for 10 seconds with no ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Double strain into a rock glass over a large chunk of ice.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
