50 ml Fluere Pink
50 ml grapefruit juice
25 ml lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup
20 ml egg white
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Shake hard for 10 seconds with no ice.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Double strain into a rock glass over a large chunk of ice.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
