Fluere Amber, a spiced-rum alternative, packs a punch as the base ingredient with its complex notes of dark roasted coffee, liquorice, cocoa, caramelised toffee and tonka beans. The addition of some classic citrus and a little sweetness from the sugar syrup complete this mix. For the best experience, garnish with lime peel and set sail.
INGREDIENTS
60 ml Fluere Amber
30 ml lime juice
20 ml sugar syrup
Lime peel
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake well.
- Double strain into coupe glass.
- Garnish with lime peel.
