The Foghorn is a great classic. The Waldorf Astoria hotel in New York made this famous. Simplicity at its best, bringing gin and ginger beer together. Classically served in an old-fashioned glass, the foghorn can also be made as a highball drink by adding more ginger beer to fill with a lime twist.
INGREDIENTS
60ml Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
120ml StrangeLove Double Ginger Beer
Lime wedge, for garnish
METHOD
- Pour the gin and lime juice into an ice-filled, stir well
- Top with ginger beer or ginger ale. Stir gently
- Garnish with a lime wedge. Serve and enjoy.
