Combining lemon, vinegar and cloudy apple juice with the herbaceous green flavours of Seedlip Garden and a dash of sugar, it's the perfect refreshing drink for a little aperitif or palate cleanser. Simply shake, strain into a coupe, add a spring of rosemary and enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
Seedlip Garden: 50ml
Cloudy Apple Juice: 35ml
Lemon Juice: 15ml
Cider Vinegar: 5ml
Sprig of Rosemary & Thyme
Dash of Sugar & Egg White
METHOD
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
- Strain into a Coupe
- Garnish with Rosemary
