Seedlip Garden Sour

INGREDIENTS
Seedlip Garden: 50ml
Cloudy Apple Juice: 35ml
Lemon Juice: 15ml
Cider Vinegar: 5ml
Sprig of Rosemary & Thyme
Dash of Sugar & Egg White
METHOD
  1. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  2. Strain into a Coupe
  3. Garnish with Rosemary
