Gimlet Mocktail

The Gimlet is one of the simplest classic cocktails to make. This drink has a very long history, famous on the high seas for keeping scurvy away from sailors. It was made popular all the way across to Madison Ave. A simple, classic cocktail with just gin, lime, and sugar. 

INGREDIENTS
50ml Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll
15ml sugar syrup
25ml lime juice
Lime twist to garnish

METHOD
  1. Add sugar syrup, lime juice, and gin to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice, shake, and strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime twist.
