Bursting with flavours of blood orange, this mocktail pairs Lyre’s Orange Sec and Lyres’ Italian Orange, non-alcoholic versions of Triple Sec and Aperitif respectively, mixing them with a good dose of premium blood orange soda to create the spritz. The result will give you all the feels of relaxing by the shores of the Italian Coast. Garnish with a slice of blood orange and a sprig of rosemary. Salute!
INGREDIENTS
1 Part (30mls) Lyre's Orange Sec
1 Part (30mls) Lyre's Italian Orange
3 Parts (90mls) Premium blood orange soda
METHOD
- Add ingredients to glass, fill with ice, stir into a large or stemless wine glass
- Garnish with a blood orange slice and rosemary sprig
