Espresso Martini Mocktail glass next to a bottle of Lyre's Coffee Originale and a bottle of Lyre's White Cane Spirit

A twist on the very popular Espresso Martini. This sumptuous coffee mocktail blends Lyre’s non-alcoholic versions of coffee liqueur and white rum with fresh espresso and vanilla syrup to create a rich, indulgent and creamy mocktail. Garnished with a few simple coffee beans on top, this bittersweet beverage is both decadent and enlivening.

INGREDIENTS
45 ml Lyre's Coffee Originale 
15 ml Lyre's White Cane Spirit
45 ml Fresh Espresso
7.5 ml Premium Vanilla Syrup
METHOD
  1. Dry shake, 1/2 fill shaker with ice,
  2. Shake hard briefly,
  3. Strain into a classic martini glass,
  4. Garnish with a few coffee beans floating on top
