This zingy and zesty gin mocktail is named after the father figure in the famous tale Pinnochio. It combines equal parts of Lyre’s Dry London Spirit, a non-alcoholic gin alternative, fantastically green Absinthe and Apéritif Rosso, an alcohol-free Vermouth Rosso. Several dashes of bitters and a garnish of lemon peel complete this tastebud-tickling mocktail. All that’s left to do is enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
30 ml Lyre’s Dry London Spirit30 ml Lyre’s Absinthe
30 ml Lyre’s Apéritif Rosso
4 dashes of non-alcoholic aromatic bitters
METHOD
- Shake briefly and strain into glass.
- Garnish with lemon peels.
