Mocktail Recipes

Bottle of Lyre's American Malt and bottle of Lyre's Apéritif Rosso next to a glass of manhattan mocktail Sans Drinks

Emerging around the 1880’s, the true origins of the Manhattan are inconclusive, however the iconic drink has lasted the test of time. This version of the whiskey mocktail pairs Lyre’s American Malt, an alcohol-free alternative to bourbon whiskey, with the fruity and slightly bitter Apéritif Rosso, a non-alcoholic sweet vermouth, and some aromatic bitters. The result is a decadent delight that has a balanced, multidimensional taste with just a hint of sweetness. For the best experience, add to the sophisticated elegance and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

INGREDIENTS
60 ml Lyre's American Malt
15 ml Lyre's Apéritif Rosso
2 dashes of non-alcoholic aromatic bitters
METHOD
  1. Stir briefly with ice and strain into glass.
  2. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
