Floral flavours and rich aromas of raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant meld beautifully with the tartness and delicate bubbles of the alcohol-free Classico. The addition of your choice of tonic, soda water or lemonade (for a sweeter finish), completes this delicious and refreshing mocktail. Stir, garnish with some fresh raspberries and lemon slices, and enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
60ml Lyre's Pink London Spirit60ml Lyre's Classico
30ml premium bottled tonic water or soda water or lemonade
5 raspberries or berry of choice
2 lemon slices
METHOD
- Build all ingredients in glass with ice. Stir.
- Serve in a large wine glass.
