This invigorating and refreshing blend makes for the perfect summer mocktail. Nine Elms No. 18 is paired with Ginologist’s non-alcoholic gin alternative and premium dry tonic. Aromas of dark berries and botanicals blend with juniper, lemongrass and delicate citrus notes to create a satisfying and delicious mocktail. Serve in a highball glass over ice and garnish with a sprig of thyme and wedge of lemon.

INGREDIENTS
25ml Notting Hill Stroll 
50ml NINE ELMS No.18
Strangelove Light Tonic
Glass- highball
Garnish- sprig of thyme and a wedge of lemon
METHOD
  1. Pour Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll and Nine Elms into a ice filled highball. Stir.
  2. Top up with Strangelove Light Tonic. Garnish with sprig of thyme and a lemon wedge.
