15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Mint and Basil Syrup
Mint Sprig

METHOD
- Brew 200ml of Earl Grey Tea to instructions, and allow the brew to cool.
- Pour Ovant Royal, 60ml Earl Grey Tea, lemon juice and mint and basil syrup into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 5 seconds.
- Double-strain into a rocks glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
