Ovant A Day At The Races Rum Mocktail

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

1. Brew 200ml of Earl Grey Tea to instructions, and allow the brew to cool.
2. Pour Ovant Royal, 60ml Earl Grey Tea, lemon juice and mint and basil syrup into a cocktail shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 5 seconds.
4. Double-strain into a rocks glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
