Spritz rum mocktail made with ovant royal

A twist on a classic summer-style spritz, this rum mocktail has complexity and depth. Ovant Royal, a non-alcoholic dark spirit that synchronises the sweetness of rum and the smokiness of whisky, is paired with the intensity of the scrub, displaying sweet cherry notes and tartness from the balsamic. Premium crisp soda water balances the mix, resulting in a delicious spritz that can be enjoyed all year round. Garnish with lemon zest or a Maraschino cherry.

INGREDIENTS
60ml Cherry and Balsamic Shrub
Maraschino Cherry
Cubed Ice
Lemon Zest
METHOD
  1. Build Ovant Royal and cherry and balsamic shrub into a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
  2. Top with soda water and stir.
  3. Garnish with lemon zest and/or Maraschino cherry.
