Ovant Bright and Bitter Rum Mocktail

Exhibiting a delightful orange hue, the Bright and Bitter is a layered rum mocktail that will tantalise the taste buds. Ovant Royal, a non-alcoholic dark spirit that synchronises the sweetness of rum and the smokiness of whisky, is complex on the palate. The addition of the fresh, herbaceous notes of the syrup adds depth, and a hard-hitting Indian tonic water creates a dry finish with hints of citrus. Delicious and refreshing, this mocktail is best served over ice in a highball and garnished with an orange wheel to add an extra pop of colour.

INGREDIENTS
30ml Ovant Royal
15ml Mint and Basil Syrup
1 btl Strangelove Tonic No 8
Orange Wheel
Cubed Ice
METHOD
  1. Build Ovant Royal, mint and basil syrup, and tonic water in a highball glass filled with cubed ice and stir.
  2. Garnish with an orange wheel.
