Non-alcoholic fizz made with Ovant Grace and garnished with lemon and rosemary
Named after a beautiful spot in Western Australia’s Margaret River, where Ovant Grace is distilled, this refreshing non-alcoholic gin brings a little salt and sour to a classic gin and soda. The subtle aromatic flavours in the Grace go perfectly with the salted rosemary syrup and dash of lemon bitters, while the soda delivers the bubbles.  This cooling beverage is best served with ice, a slice, and a rosemary sprig.
INGREDIENTS
60ml Ovant Grace
2 pcs Lemon, wedges
15ml Salted Rosemary Syrup
1 btl Strangelove Soda Water
1 dash Lemon Bitters
METHOD
  1. Pour Ovant Grace and rosemary syrup into a highball glass.
  2. Squeeze lemon wedges into the glass and drop in the pieces.
  3. Fill with cubed ice and top with soda water and a dash of bitters. Stir.
  4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
