INGREDIENTS
60ml Ovant Verve
30ml Lemon Juice
20ml Orgeat syrup
1 Egg White
1 dash Lemon Bitters
Kaffir Lime Leaf
METHOD
- Add Ovant Verve, lemon juice, citrus syrup, bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 5 seconds.
- Fill the shaker with cubed ice and continue to shake for 5 seconds.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a kaffir lime leaf.
